How AccendWash Works

AccendWash's advanced oxygen concentrator sends 95% pure oxygen to the ozone generator. Strong ozone gas is produced from the plasma cells inside the system which continuously injects ozone into the water throughout the entire wash.

The AccendWash premier ozone laundry system can be installed in only a few hours with four main components.

• The ozone generator that contains the plasma cells and logic control boards
• An oxygen concentrator that generates 95% pure oxygen
• An ambient ozone controller for safety concerns
-Safety is Accend Energy's primary concern. Every AccendWash premier ozone laundry system includes an ambient ozone controller that continuously monitors the facility for ambient ozone. In the unlikely event ozone is detected above OHSA limits, the controller temporarily shuts off the system until the ambient ozone returns to a safe level.
• And a proprietary injection nozzle
-The injection nozzle was designed and machined specifically for its ozone laundry injection system. This proprietary micro-submersible venture uses the Bernoulli principle to effectively dissolve ozone gas continuously into the wash water.

AccendWash comes with four plasma cells that can provide ozone to up to four washers, creating a more cost effective design for facilities with multiple commercial washers.

Plasma Cells

As the evolution of ozone technology continues, Accend Energy does, too. AccendWash incorporates the latest ozone cell technology, plasma. Plasma cells use less energy and produce higher concentrations of ozone with less maintenance. By using plasma technology, Accend Energy has taken the industry to a whole new level, creating the world's best ozone laundry system.

Oxygen Concentrator

The advanced oxygen generation system used by AccendWash supplies 95% pure oxygen into the plasma cells in the ozone generator. Clean, reliable on-demand oxygen allows production of the purest ozone gas.

Fiber Relaxation

As an oxidizer, like chlorine-bleach, ozone opens and relaxes linen fibers to pull soils from the linen. Unlike bleach, ozone does not damage or degrade linens. Studies show, with our system, that the linen is relaxed enough on the last wash step to help remove more chemicals and water, which in turn will reduce dry times.
